Seldom write blog for two years, why? Busy? Yes. Bored? Yes. So why write tonight? coz want to write down something on the air - the cloud, whatever. What's my dream? Where is it? Already embed under tones of paper cash... Whatever. I will have exam tonight, on the Knowledge Management for Clinical Application Well, what a interesting, and also boring topic. I am afraid I can't hold the pen/pencil correctly. Already haven't hold a pen for 2 hours intensively for years!!! Damn. After the exam I need to prepare the last assignment and the presentations. While completed, need to continue on our Big Project next year. What a busy month but a memorable time :)

請不要促政府干預樓市 from 信報 近日有專業人士埋怨沒能力買樓也有年輕人投訴上車難，更有不少衛道之士指摘豪宅已達天價。其實絕大部分市民何嘗不是對各類名牌產品望門興嘆？但試問我們可會投訴名牌手袋太貴，要求名廠手錶減價至一般人可以負擔嗎？你一定說那些手錶並不是生活必需。但其實道理一樣，一百元，甚至數十元的手袋還是多得很。 省吃儉用為置業 本人八十年代末移民，九十年代初回流。由於自少家庭教育要有瓦遮頭，也不懂其他投資之道，一直只把辛苦賺來的薪金放在物業上。當中自然經過起起跌跌，包括九七金融風暴、○三沙士、○八金融海嘯等等。其間最痛苦的是接近七千元呎價買入一個物業自住，最後是三千多元的呎價賣出！我絕非炒家，只因為人生的目標是希望在退休前能居於已供完的自置物業，並有一個追得上通脹的收租物業，作為固定收入，所以省吃儉用，把收入的一大部分用來供樓。有人大聲慨嘆香港人生活質素低，為供樓捱一世。但他們沒有想到，其實有很多像我一樣的市民，一生以可以改善自己的居住環境為樂、為榮。如果外國的生活質素那麼好，為什麼我們還要回流？還要待在這裏？八十年代初的我只有三數千元月薪，所以只能由住新界區開始。而我購買的第一個物業，也只有三百多呎。回流初時亦只能租住市區的類似唐樓的舊樓。捱至今天已經五十多歲的我，雖已有過百萬年薪，但仍然為樓忙。只要有機會，自己能力可以負擔，我便會upgrade，想辦法樓換樓，讓自己可以住得更寬敞，環境更理想。目前我雖然已經有兩個市區物業，但由於還要供很多年，所以不但不能提早退休，更要做到最後一刻。我亦不能不繼續我的簡單樸素生活方式，儲多些積蓄，以便可以在退休時能把未供完的部分清還。同事個人遊歷北歐、中東、非洲，或一家大小去一趟美國迪士尼動輒過十萬。我則盡少出遠門，也不會閒來無事，找朋友飲酒喝咖啡。莫講蘭桂坊，連三十多元的咖啡我都會嫌貴，寧願光顧茶餐廳。但花錢在我心儀的住宅、家裏的傢俱及裝飾佈置上，我則出手闊綽。我認為只要我心甘情願，沒有損人利己，沒有什麼不可以。 樓價應由市場調節 為了享受我認為的舒適環境（別人所謂的豪宅），我樂意將其他我較沒有興趣的開支省掉，這其實是個人的取捨問題，所以我從不抱怨，也從不怪人，包括政府、發展商、地產經紀等等，更從不認為政府有責任要讓我可以住豪宅。金融風暴時，我也沒有參加中產人士的遊行。我只是默默地為自己的生活打拼，因為是我自己要選擇住...

第一次去六四晚會是大一那年(2004年), 當年大家剛經歷03年沙士,71低潮,香港經濟有些少氣息. 當年參與人數不多,大約只有8000人,四個足球場左右 2009第二次參加六四晚會, 20年了,當年只是小一生, 可電視傳來的新聞,藝人歌手為中國民主自由而高唱的 , 百萬港人到上街的影像依然歷歷在目 今天,我也跟其他15萬香港人,中國人以至地球上的人 一起到維園,向當年天安門的學生致敬! 為中國的自由民主發展表達我自己的意見 並同時維護香港的核心價值,即人權,相對民主和自由的地方!
